Day 2

Breakfast:  2 scrambled eggs
Snack:  Banana
Lunch:  Chicken Sandwich on Wheat
P90X Cardio X
Snack:   Some chocolate chips
Dinner:  Spaghetti and Green Beans
  
I was extremely sore when I woke up this morning so I took some ibuprofen.  I did so much better on my diet today!  I really liked the cardio workout.  It wasn't as hard and the kicking is a lot of fun.  I feel so much more stress free and I can feel my legs tightening up!
