Day 2

Breakfast:  2 scrambled eggs
Snack:  Banana
Lunch:  Chicken Sandwich on Wheat
P90X Cardio X
Snack:   Some chocolate chips
Dinner:  Spaghetti and Green Beans
  
I was extremely sore when I woke up this morning so I took some ibuprofen.  I did so much better on my diet today!  I really liked the cardio workout.  It wasn't as hard and the kicking is a lot of fun.  I feel so much more stress free and I can feel my legs tightening up!

Day One

Breakfast:  Protein Smoothie...3 tablespoons of protein, 2% milk, and mixed frozen fruit, banana
P90X Core Synergistic
Lunch:  Tuna, Peanut Butter, can of mixed vegetables 
Snack:  String Cheese
Dinner:  Pork chop,  fried squash, black eyed peas
Snack:  Tortilla chips with shredded cheese
.... So I didn't do good on the diet at all.  The plan is to starting when I get paid Thursday to stock up on healthy foods.  It is incredibly hard to eat healthy.  But I will do it!  I am so encouraged by my boyfriends mom.  She has been doing P90X for 13 weeks and looks incredible.  She is very strict on the diet though.  I will too.  My body aches so bad.  I couldn't do all the pushups.  I can barely move around.  Every time I sit up I moan.  Ha.  Its so intense.  But I'm ready to have a rocking body by the time I'm 21 which is March 2nd so I have 6 months and my goal is to weigh 155.  I'm at 174 now.  So thats 19 pounds!  That should be no problem right?  If I eat what I'm supposed to!   I need help though!  How do you guys stop from snacking at night?!  Like I just did :(
